1-1/2 Oz Casamigos Tequila (or quality Tequila of choice)
1/2 oz Cryente Mezcal
1/2 - 1 oz Agave Syrup
Juice of 2 Limes
2 oz Tepache' (or other Pineapple Fermented Drink)

Shake all ingredients in your Boston Maraka Sertodo Copper Shaker Set, or a quart sized mason jar with small or crushed ice for 30 seconds or so.
Run lemon or lime juice along rim of glass and dip into salt, with or without coarsely powdered chili or dried or candied citrus.
Pour Margarita into glass to 1/2" from top, being careful not to pour onto salted rim.
Garnish w Lime or Pineapple
