Yellowstone; Coming and Going ~ Prequel, Sequel and Spinoff

~ Taylor Sheridan, the creator, writer, director and occasional actor of not only the Yellowstone series, but it's prequel, 1883 cut a deal with Paramount to not only carry 1883, but his Yellowstone spin off, 6666, which follows Yellowstone' character Jimmy,

played by Jefferson White as he continues his life at the famous (in real life) Four Sixes Ranch in West Texas. 6666 is set in present day.

1883 and 1932 Clarification

~ The original plan was for 1932 to be Season 2 of 1883

~ However in late March 2022, Executive Producer, David Glasser stated  "1883 is now considered a limited series instead of a show that could get renewed every year for new seasons. Paramount+ has announced that there will be a few “additional episodes” of 1883 that will air later this year ahead of the premiere of 1932. But then that’s it for the prequel starring Tim McGraw and Faith Hill as James and Margaret Dutton.

~  Paramount+ hosts both 1883 and it's upcoming sequel 1932.
