She stared hard into the mirror, examining the changes her face had taken on.  She saw her grandmother, her father, and occasionally her mother's eyes.  Her lines were, however, all her own.  Perhaps DNA played a part...but she relished the fact that her first line was from smiling.  "That's not so bad", she thought. "If you've gotta do lines, ya might as well get 'em right!"

She wore little diamond shaped silver mesh earrings...within which was a tiny pool of balls, and a center drop, like her heart, full of love and kindness.  She thought of the beauty within the lines carved in our faces...and how they will take on the expressions we most often carry with us.
