These terms are for Objects of Beauty, and are not to be confused with the terms for the brick and mortar store, Studio Nouveau.

Exchanges
~Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges on exchanged items to and from Objects of Beauty.
~Any difference in exchange price and applicable taxes are also the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
~Returns are accepted for stocked items within 14 days of product purchase for new items that are unworn and non-defective. 
~Sale items and Special Order items are final sales and are not refundable, no exceptions.
~To return an item, please contact us for return instructions and ship to us using the original package parcel, when possible. No COD's will be accepted. Upon our receipt of the returned item/s, you will receive a refund minus shipping and handling. 
~Your return will be credited back to the original payment method, or a gift card will be issued.
~Approved returns paid by cash or check will be refunded by a corporate check.
~Items returned after 14 days of product purchase will be returned to the customer.

Damaged Items
~If the item you purchased is damaged upon receipt, Contact Us within 10 days of delivery to obtain return instructions.  Return the item to us asap, including the information we've requested. We'll immediately replace the damaged item and refund your First-Class or Priority shipping costs.

Back Orders - ETD's (Estimate Time of Delivery) When can I expect my order?
~Orders via website, email, post/mail, or telephone are shipped immediately, dependent on availability.  While we diligently strive to fulfill all our orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, we cannot promise that the items featured in our collections are stocked at the time an order is placed. Please call us with stock inquiries before placing your order, if time is a consideration to you.  If the item you have ordered is not in stock when we receive your order, we will email and or contact you by telephone and let you know when we expect it.  The item will immediately be placed in our back-order list and will ship to you the day we receive it, unless we hear otherwise from you. Standard size items can take from 4 to 6 weeks for the artisans to produce. (During the Holiday season these may take longer.)  For Liquid Metal Jewelry items, all non-standard sizes are considered 'Special Order' sizes.  Gold and Black Chrome plated pieces require additional processing as they take longer for the manufacturer to produce; generally 8 to 10 weeks.
~Objects of Beauty makes no guarantees regarding ETD dates.
Our manufacturers control the speed at which we can deliver to our customers.  They offer rough ETD's and will not give us definite dates.  We relax and know that they will come when they're ready.  It's best not to rush artisans!

Special Orders
~All non-standard Liquid Metal Jewelry sizes are considered 'Special Orders', and can take 8 to 10 weeks for the artisans to produce.

Acknowledgment of special orders
~Customers placing special orders are asked to acknowledge our terms, via email. Special orders must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once the order has been placed with us

Size Guarantees
~Liquid Metal Jewelry special orders, as with all items on this site are guaranteed within .25", as per the manufacturer.

Website errors, updates and cancellations
~We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographic error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Objects of Beauty.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
